The Mission of Forward NM is to improve how we district constituencies, elect candidates, and finance their campaigns to promote free and fair ballot access, policy innovation, civil discourse, and data driven, actionable solutions to New Mexico communities.

Our Goals

★ Become a recognized political party in New Mexico. Recruit members from across the political spectrum to become New Mexico's second-largest, challenger party.

★ Endorse and run candidates from across the political spectrum. 

★ Support election reforms like non-partisan primaries and proportional representation, to better represent the will of NM voters with diverse beliefs across the political spectrum.

★ End gerrymandering with an independent redistricting commission that prevents the conflict of interest when legislators draw their own districts.

★ Fund public campaign financing to combat the influence of special interests and dark money.

★ Talk less, listen more, and support data driven, innovative, non-ideological solutions to voter-defined problems.

★ Reboot government to focus on delivering innovative, efficient, and measurably accountable public service.
